Connect with other sisters on a similar embodiment journey and tell your stories through movement, in this 1.5 -2 hour dance party!
20 minutes of warm up, grounding and connection, followed by 1.5 hours of group and spotlight dance, to music curated and designed to fire up your personal “erotic creatures” (EC).

Group Zoom Embodied Sensual Flow Sessions
Connect with a community of like-minded women in our monthly group Zoom sessions. Experience an hour of embodied feminine healing and strengthening moves from the comfort of your own home. Each session begins with connection with the other ladies, feminine energy philosophy, grounding breathwork, followed by somatic movement with a sexy edge. Private trauma-informed. End with a spiritual manifestation to uplift and inspire.

What to expect during somatic movement classes
As you step into our classes, we invite you to simply breathe, watch, and listen. Be patient with yourself as your body learns this beautiful new language of movement. Our classes are permissive and inclusive, allowing you to explore and express yourself freely.
Wear something cozy that makes you feel marvelous, and consider layering for comfort as you warm up. Allow yourself to fully experience each stretch and movement, indulging in the pleasure of reconnecting with your body.
