6 weeks of somatic sensual movement and feminine shame-healing in a room with permission, a safe container, and no one judging.
Just women celebrating the real you.
And a new language of body movement that will change the way you walk (slink) through the world.
IGNITION:
Beginner+ series
No mirrors, low light, and no phones — a room where you are not being evaluated, corrected, or asked to produce anything.
Where you get to be delighted in. Not for what you accomplished. For who you actually are when you stop performing.
In person, Charlotte, NC · 8 women maximum ·
Dorothy Diana, RN, MSN
Trauma-certified somatic feminine movement — 20 years
You look like you're doing fine. But, really…
You hold it all together. When did you last feel like yourself?
Somewhere in there you stopped being a person and became a function — the one who handles it, the one everyone counts on, the one who is always dressed and ready and getting it done.
You don't need to be fixed. You need a room where nobody wants anything from you.
WHAT IGNITION IS
Six weeks. Once a week. A room in Charlotte with low light, no mirrors, and no phones.
We start by sitting down together and sharing — I teach, you reflect, everything is permission…the firstbit is women in a circle, not warm-ups.
Then we move. An hour and a half of sensual movement, floor, mat, walking, stretching, flowing…guided the whole way, with somatic and trauma-informed cues throughout. You are never left to figure it out alone.
Over six weeks you build a physical vocabulary, a lifetime access to your soulful sensuality, a language of body movement, a body that has shed years of shame and playing small, your own personal dance — and a powerful unique dance hat is yours by the end.
Lit from the inside by your own authentic fire, not by attention, performance, or external rewards.
THE ROOM
No mirrors. This is seriously about how it FEELS. When you learn to move on pleasure, your movement becomes an unreplicatable unique expression of YOU, that is super hot and embodied. I want every woman to experience the difference….
Low light. Enough to see. Not enough to be on display.
No phones. No recording. What happens in the room stays in the room. Privacy, safety, and authenticity rules here.
No experience needed. Every movement is broken down. Every invitation is just that, an invitation
THE FRAMEWORK
Three layers of Sensuality/Sexuality. Muted — she doesn't know it's there. Performative — she can produce it, usually for someone else. Soulful — it comes from her, for her.
Six Feminine Fluencies. Curvaceousness. Creativity. Sensuality. Intuition. Depth of feeling. Receptivity.
Languages you already speak, and forgot.
Somatic Healing for the Feminine - Embodied movement and expert verbal suggestion and cues that go into the feminine body and subconcious, drawing out soulful ssensuality, confidence, and individual expression.
BETWEEN SESSIONS
An optional Zoom on Wednesdays at 8pm — to catch anything you missed, reconnect, and talk through what's come up.
Optional means optional. Come when you want it
Who This Is For/Not For
For: A woman who is done being competent for at least 2 hours a week. Who can show up for her own healing even on bad days (we all have them). Who can be trusted with other’s vulnerability not to share outside of class what goes on in the room .Who will not teach, advise judge or correct other women during class or offer unsolicited advice after. Who can respect a sacred container and it’s boundaries.
You do not need to have done years of inner work. You do not need to be flexible, young, thin, coordinated, or sure about any of this. You need to be willing to be in a room with other women and present.
Not for: A woman who is easily triggered by being guided by another woman, who has significant unhealed trauma around sexuality or religion (talk to me first- many of us, sadly), a woman who does not do well in vulnerable groups of other women, who tends to “quit” when healing starts (self-sabotage), or who is offended by frank talk about the body and sexuality, including the words pussy, vulva, wombspace, or spiritual terms such as Yeshua, higher light beings, Source, God, Father, Spirit Mother.
All views are welcome, not all are an integral part of this course however. Please speak to me privately about special desires or needs. I try to accommodate everyone, but must keep each container structure enough so it teaches and serves the group.
NEXT STEP.
Reserve Your Spot by Booking a Clarity Call
You will choose a time on my schedule, reserve 30-45 minutes, depending on how much you like to share… Details of the course are easy, your story may take a little longer, and I’m all ears, beauty. Feel free to share as much or as little as you like.

WHO I AM
I'm Dorothy Diana. RN, MSN, trauma-certified, and I've been in the practice and comminity of somatic and sensual feminine movement for over twenty years. I began leading small groups and privately in Charflotte and throughout the US in 2019, and recieved my advanced license in 2023, and have now led women from all over the globe.
The clinical training matters here as well. I
know what a nervous system does under pressure, and I know the difference between a woman who is opening and softening, and a woman who is overriding herself to keep up.
There is so much permission here…
The 20+ years matter I've watched hundreds of women walk into a room certain they'd be the one who couldn't do it. I have never once seen that turn out to be true.
I built this room the way I did — no mirrors, low light, no phones — because I know what women do when they think they're being evaluated. When there is opportunity to evaluate themselves in how it LOOKS, not how it FEELS. They perform, or they leave. Neither one gets you anything.
"Allowing myself to be vulnerable and share my story in front of other women was indescribably healing."
"Being witnessed by my sisters was so impactful."
“"Now I feel lighter, empowered, and like I am finally moving forward."
